frequently asked questions

What can I have engraved or printed?

We can engrave or print most anything you desire. We can use any combination of text and/or artwork, and we have no restrictions regarding character count, line count, or the type of artwork that is provided.

What about setup fees or quantity requirements?

We carry no minimum quantity requirements or set up fees for our engraved and digitally printed orders. We can make as few as one glass! Screen printed orders require a $45 screen set up fee for each color applied. The minimum quantity requirement is 24 glasses; all using the same color and design.

Do I select from your designs, or can I make my own?

You can do either! We have a number of unique template designs that can be easily customized just by entering your own text and customization instructions in the provided order form boxes. Or, you can start from scratch and create a design that is 100% your own.

How will I set up the engraving or printing that I want?

Customization is accomplished by utilizing the drop down and text entry windows on each product page. If you would like more information on placing orders, please see our Ordering Info page.

How is the engraving created?

For most of our orders, we use a sandblasting technique, which is the premier method of engraving glassware. Sandblasting produces an even and elegant mark that is 100% permanent because we are physically carving into the surface of the glass with a sand abrasive. We also utilize a laser engraver for more intricate designs, spiral designs, base engravings on wine glasses and champagne flutes, or for other unique requests. How is the printing created?

We offer both screen printing and digital printing. Printing is accomplished using specialized machinery specifically built up for the glass types we offer. For both methods, we use a flame pre-treatment and special inks for optimum appearance and durability. Click here for more information on screen printing. What type of glass do you use?

We use only restaurant/bar quality glassware, and there is a difference! Most of our glassware is produced domestically by Libbey Glassware.

Can you engrave or print art?

Artwork is already incorporated in many of our own template designs, and can be added to any custom design. We have a wide variety of clip art options in our graphics libraries available for you to use.

Can you accept my own art or logo?

We can accept most file types to include jpeg, bmp, tiff, pdf, doc, and eps. Items that allow for customer supplied art (i.e. "Make Your Own" items) have an order form input labeled "Use Your Own Art," to attach artwork files.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is displayed for each individual item on its own page. The more you order of one given glass type and design combination (placed in your cart all at once), the lower your price per glass will become.

Do you create large orders?

We are happy to create large orders for parties, weddings, business events, corporate gifts, groups, etc. We offer significant discounts for bulk orders.

How fast do orders ship?

Non bulk orders fewer than 12 glasses will normally leave our facility within 3 business days of order placement. Larger bulk orders may take longer to produce depending on our current production schedule. Shipping transit times will then apply. Ground shipping transit times vary from 1-5 business days depending on your location in the country.

What are my shipping options?

Our normal carriers are FedEx and the USPS. Our standard transit options are USPS First Class Air, USPS Priority Air, FedEx Ground, and FedEx Home Delivery.  The method of shipping we use will depend on your order weight and destination address. We also offer 2 Day Air and Overnight service options via FedEx. Please see our Shipping Info section for details.

What is your return policy?

Because our products are custom decorated and permanently marked, we cannot accept returns. We will immediately replace an item (at no charge) if we make an error with your customization instructions. However, we can't be responsible if the error was made by the customer. We will engrave or print what you input, so please make sure to proofread your order.

Do you offer gift boxing?

Gift boxing is available for $8.95 and is usually reserved for small quantity orders between 1 and 4 units. Your glasses will be individually wrapped for protection from breakage, packaged together in a glossy white box, and tied with decorative ribbon. A gift message can also be included. The option for gift wrapping is presented on the shopping cart page during checkout. Please note that there are some limitations... typically all items in your cart will be boxed together (as in a single gift box). If you would like your glasses to be split up into multiple gift boxes (as gifts for different individuals), please contact us directly before ordering. Additional charges apply for multiple gift boxes.

For certain larger items such as wine decanters or quantities of glassware between 5 and 12 units, we may opt to paper wrap the subdivided cardboard case box your blank glasses came in, rather than use a gift box.

What about sales tax?

You will only be charged tax if the order is being shipped within the great state of Nevada. In that case, Nevada sales tax will be added to your order cost.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes. We will not share your information with anyone. Please see our Privacy Policy for additional information.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are conducted with utmost security through an industry leader in payment processing. All payment information is encrypted. The transaction is handled within the payment processing system, and our order review system will only retain the last four digits of your credit card.
