Begin by removing the Jokers from the deck, shuffle the deck, and then deal all the cards out. The dealer starts by laying 1 card on the table face up. He or she then chooses a player to drink the number of drinks as indicated by the number on that card. The player chosen can get out of drinking if they have the same card in their hand and can instead make someone else drink them (if you use a card to get out of drinking you choose who must drink) If you don’t have the card to get out of drinking you ask the other players "Will someone help me?" the other players only have 3 seconds to help you after you have asked this. If someone has the same card they can use it to save you from drinking and then they get to say who takes the drinks instead. Then the player to the left of the dealer lays a card down and starts the process all over again.
