What
can I get engraved on a glass?
Anything that you like. We can etch any combination of text
and art that you desire.
Are there setup fees or customization charges?
No. We will customize your order to your exact specifications
at no additional charge.
Are there any quantity requirements?
None whatsoever. If you like, you can order only a single
glass.
Do I pick from your designs, or can I make my own?
You can do either. We have created a number of unique designs
that can be easily customized using the order form inputs. Or,
you are welcome to “start from scratch” and create
your own item…each department has a “Make Your Own”
item that allows you to put anything you want on a glass.
How will I set up the engraving that I want?
Ordering is easy and is accomplished through the pull down
and text entry windows for each item. If you would like more information

How is the engraving done?
We use a computer controlled laser system to custom engrave
your order.
What kind of glass do you use?
We use only high quality glassware, and there is a difference.
We use the type of glassware that you would expect to see in a
nice bar or restaurant.
Can you engrave art?
Yes. Artwork is incorporated into many of our own designs,
and can be added to any designs that you create. We have an entire
library of clip art…some of the more popular pieces can
be viewed from the Ordering
Info page.
Can you engrave my own art or logo?
Absolutely. We can accept any graphics file format. Black
and white images work best, although if you send us a color or
grayscale image we will manipulate it with our software to optimize
the appearance on glass.
How do I send you my own art or logo?
Please just attach it to an email and send it to us at info@GlassWithaTwist.com.
On the order form you can mention in the instructions that you
will be sending us artwork. We will match up your order with your
emailed image, and we will then follow your layout instructions
to create your item.
How does pricing work?
Prices are as posted for each individual item. There are no
additional fees, costs, or charges. Quantity discounts are posted
with each item and are automatically applied. We have a Bulk
Order department with special pricing for large quantities
of glasses.
Do you do large orders?
Yes! We can do orders for weddings, businesses, groups, parties,
etc. We offer significant discounts for large orders. Please see
our Bulk Orders
department for more information and pricing.
How quickly do orders ship?
Orders will normally ship 1-2 business days after they are
placed. Large bulk orders may take slightly longer.
What are the shipping options?
Our standard shipping option is FedEx Ground/Home Delivery,
and we also offer 2 Day and Overnight Express options. Please
see our Shipping Info
section for details.
What is the return policy?
We will immediately replace an item at no charge if we made
an error on the personalization. However, if the error was made
by the customer (such as a typo when entering the order) we can’t
be responsible. We will etch what is entered by the customer,
so please proofread your orders for spelling before submitting
them!
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. We can gift box your entire order for $8.95. Items will
be packed in glossy white gift boxes with red bows. A gift note
can be specified. The option for gift wrapping is presented during
checkout.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Only if the order is being shipped to an address in California.
In that case, California state sales tax will be added to your
order.
What kinds of credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover,
and American Express.
Do you engrave products other than glass?
We only sell engraved glassware on this

Is my personal information that I give you secure?
Absolutely. We will not share your information with anyone.

Are transactions through your site secure?
Yes. We conduct our transactions through one of the industry
leaders in security and protection. All credit card information
is encrypted prior to transmission. Our processor is one of the
few that meets the high standards of the Visa Cardholders Information
Security Program (CISP).
